Received one of these for a Christmas gift back in 2008. I’ve never had any issues at all. I use it to back up my own doc’s and pic’s and also for use while re imaging clients pc’s. It gets used 2-4 times a week and has always worked like a external HDD should. Connects to all makes of desk top’s as well as every brand of laptop. Never any power or connection issues at all. I’m very happy with mine and recommend it if your in the market for a nice looking compact unit.

I’d like to just confirm other reviews that state that this product won’t last. I was happy with it while it worked, but after about one year, it no longer works on any computers (tried it on three different computers). Not recommended at all, why would you spend money on something to back up files if it ends up just losing them anyway?

I have bought different types of external hard drives and this is the one that has worked better. I love the different colors. It’s so small and very easy to use. It’s very easu to use. No need to buy any extra cables. No need to install anything. Really, the best brand for hard drives.
